Armin Trade shop is a telemarketing system to order and purchase batteries online, light sources, DIY tools and hygiene products. Registration on this site is intended to provide home delivery of ordered products or transfer of marketing messages.

The purchase and delivery service is only available in the territory of Hungary.

Select product

Customers have the opportunity to select and order products of our webshop. By clicking on the selected product, the customer can view the photos of each product, their features, the eligible packaging and the gross purchase price. If you intend to purchase, you will place the product you selected to purchase by pressing the "Buy Now" button in a virtual basket. Clicking on the Cart button at the top you will find the shopping carts with all the items you selected during the shopping and the total amount of the invoice and the shipping cost. Here, you can check the correctness of your order, especially with regard to prices and quantities, which can be modified or edited if it is requested. The Cart automatically calculates the total amount of the order.

Submit your order

If you consider the price of the goods you have placed in your basket, checked the total amount and decided to purchase them, simply click on the "Order" button. Then, you can log in as a registered customer or you can register as a new customer. If you have already purchased in our webshop, please enter your e-mail address and password which were given during your previous registration. If you want to register as a new customer, please enter the requested information to purchase which will be saved and during the next purchase you only need to log in. During your registration, you agree that we will handle your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

In the next step, select the appropriate payment method (cash on delivery, pre-payment, bank transfer, credit card payment), and set your billing and delivery address. If you agree with the order content, click the "Next Step" button to submit the order. At the end of the process, tick the box next to "I accept the order terms" to indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to the General Terms and Conditions. We also inform you that placing an order is a payment obligation at the same time. Then, by pressing the Order button, the order will be made.

The protection of your personal data is highly important for Armin Trade Kft. and its partners. Collecting and processing of personal data that are identified and used for the purpose of using our website is in accordance with the current Hungarian data protection regulations in the CXII of 2011 on information self-determination and freedom of information according to the law. Your data will be handled confidentially and will not be forwarded to third parties, unless this is essential for the performance of the contract (eg courier service). Our employees, partners and service providers are subject to a confidentiality obligation.

 

Prices

Prices are quoted in HUF for the time of order and are listed at the webshop. Prices are gross, VAT is included but these prices do not include shipping costs. The shipping cost can be found in the checkout process before the order is finalized and the purchase conditions are included. If there is an error or defect in the webshop for the products or the prices, we reserve the right to make corrections. In such case we will immediately inform the buyer of the new data, after the detection and modification of the error, which due to the special features of the webshop's technical system, is only possible after the confirmation of the automatically generated order. The buyer can then confirm the order once more, or it is possible for any party to withdraw from the contract.

Processing orders

Orders received on weekdays until 15:00 will be processed the same day. Orders received after 15:00 will be processed the next working day.

 

Possibility to improve data entry errors

You may have the opportunity to correct the data entry errors before pressing the "Order" button.

 

Confirmation

An order confirmation email will be issued after each order. This means that after receiving the order (at the latest) within 48 hours, an automatic e-mail will be sent of the order. The confirmation email contains the information provided by the Customer during the purchase or registration (e.g.: invoicing and delivery information), the order identifier, the order date, the list of items, the quantity of ordered items, the price of the product, the shipping cost and the payable total amount. This confirmation email informs the buyer that the order has arrived at Armin Trade.

 

This acknowledgment email from Armin Trade is considered to be the acceptance of an offer made by the buyer, with which a valid contract exists between the Service Provider and the Customer.

 

The buyer will be exempt from the order obligation if the Buyer does not receive a confirmation e-mail within 48 hours from Amin Trade.  

If the Buyer's order has already been sent to Armin Trade and the Buyer will notice a mistake about the details in the confirmation email, it should be reported to the company within 1 day or you can mention it when the company contacts you, on order to avoid inconvenience.

The order is considered to be a contract concluded electronically, which is governed by Act V of the Civil Code of 2013, Electronic Commerce Services and CVIII of 2001 on certain aspects of information society services are governed by law. The contract is governed by Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) On detailed rules for contracts between consumers and businesses and takes into account the provisions of Directive 2011/83 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on consumer rights.

 

Payment Terms

In our Webshop we provide more possibilities to complete the payment:  bank transfer, credit card transaction and cash on delivery.

In the case of transfer, the following information is required:

Credit card payment

UniCredit Bank provides card acceptance for our webshop. Thanks to the credit card payment you can purchase conveniently and safely in our store. After ordering the selected goods, you are directed to UniCreditBank's payment page, where you can pay with your credit card through the most secure, encrypted transaction which is currently available.

 

You can pay with the following types of card in the webshop:

UniCreditBank's online payment system allows VISA and VISA Electron (in the case of Electron only if issued by the issuing bank), Mastercard / Maestro, to use bank cards and to pay for Internet-enabled webcards.

Steps for payment

  1. You choose the goods / service on the webshop page, the amount of which is to be paid by credit card.
  2. After that, you will be transferred to the secure payment page of UniCreditBank where you need to complete your card details to start the payment.
  3. After entering the card information, click the Payment button to start the transaction.
  4. After payment you will return to the Web Store page where you will receive a confirmation of the transaction result.

In case the credit card payment is successful - which means the acceptance after checking the validity and the coverage of the card – the cardholder’s account will be charged by UniCredit Bank with the total amount of the goods.

If you do not return from the payment page to the Web Store page, the transaction is declined. If you click on the browser's "Back / Back" or "Refresh / Refresh" button on the bank's payment page, closes the browser window before being redirected to the store, payment is considered unsuccessful.

Bank cards issued exclusively for electronic use can only be accepted if their use is approved by the card issuing bank! Please check with your bank if it can be used for online shopping.

Transport

The deliveries are delivered by courier service. Orders are shipped within 3 business days. To confirm the delivery date please use the phone number which is mentioned in the confirmation email. (The service is only available in Hungary.)

Shipping charges

For End Users:

up to gross 10 000 HUF the delivery cost is 1000HUF, over gross 10 000 HUF the delivery cost is free of charge.

For wholesalers:

up to net 12 000 HUF the delivery cost is 950 HUF, over net 12 000 HUF the delivery cost is free of charge.

Withdrawal from delivery

If the webshop fails to fulfill its contractual obligation because the contracted goods are not available or can not provide the ordered service, it is obliged to inform the customer about this. The webshop does not contract with minors. By accepting the terms of the sale, the customer declares that he or she is over 18 years old.

Information of the contracts conditions

The language of the contract is Hungarian. By confirming the order, a sales contract is concluded between the customer and Armin Trade Kft. This electronic contract cannot be considered as a written contract, so it will not be filed and subsequently unavailable on a paper. The origin of the products sold in the webshop is justified, the products marketed come from authorized wholesalers.

 

Right of withdrawal / Return guarantee

The customer can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without any reason. The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal from the day when the goods were taken over. The seller is required to refund the amount paid by the customer without delay, but no later than 14 days after the withdrawal. The customer is obliged to return the product to the service provider within 14 days from the date of exercising the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal may also be exercised by the purchaser during the period between the date of conclusion of the contract and of the product.

Attention! The cost of returning will be covered by the customer due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The customer will not be charged with any additional costs. However, the seller may claim reimbursement of the damage resulting from the misuse of the goods. If the goods returned on the basis of the right of withdrawal are not impeccable and re-sold, then the customer is liable for compensation if the deterioration, loss or otherwise inability to sell the goods has been deliberately or negligently caused.

If the product is revealed in the presence of the person performing the delivery (postal delivery, courier), it is proven to be damaged and the damage occurred prior to receipt of the goods, the product is taken back, the cancellation of the sale is immediately provided. Any other injuries or lack of content must be included in the factual report between the transferor and the transferee during the delivery of the mail! We cannot assume responsibility for postponement of content or damage!

If you wish to resign / terminate your right of withdrawal, you must provide a clear statement of your intention to cancel (for example by mail, fax or email) to: Armin Trade Kft. 4024 Debrecen, Kossuth Street 22, 2/4. e-mail: info@armintrade.hu. You should also return the product to this address.

In case of a written cancellation, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal statement within 14 days. The withdrawal statement can be downloaded here.

Ownership clause

The delivered goods remain the property of the supplier until the purchase price is fully paid. In case of incorrect, unsupported orders, we will take the product into stock as a "new" owner, and after a successful sale, the new owner will be paid the fee!

Modify or delete an order

In the 2001 CVIII. the seller's webshop software immediately notifies the buyer of the order when placing the order. This notice does not constitute a contract between seller and customer. It only indicates to the customer that our ordering requirement has been registered and forwarded to the competent employee of the seller. If the buyer does not arrive within 96 hours, the buyer's bidding restrictions will be terminated. The seller will be able to withdraw the order by electronic means until the order commences. Upon commencement of order fulfillment, the buyer will be notified by email of the expected duration of the delivery and the fact of commencement of the performance, and then only through one of the contact details found under the "Contact" menu. The postal modification of the order can only be made in writing, by e-mail (info@armintrade.hu).

Liability for defects

In which case can you live with your liability for defects claim?

If Armin Trade Kft. issue the order incorrectly, according to the Civil Code you may claim warranty.

What rights do you have for your liability for defects warranty claim?

You may - by your choice - have the following warranty claims:

You may request correction or replacement, unless if your request is impossible or it would be a disproportionate additional cost to your business. If you have not requested or you could not requested a repair or replacement, you may request a proportional delivery of the consideration or you may correct or you may make it repaired at the expense of the company, in the latter case, you can terminate your contract.

You will be able to switch from one of your eligible assurance rights to another, but you will bear the cost of the switc unless it was justified or the business gave a reason.

What is your deadline for validating your liability for defects claim?

You are obliged to report the error immediately after discovery, but not later than within two months of discovery of the error. At the same time, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that, beyond the two-year limitation period following the performance of the contract, it can no longer enforce its warranty rights. In the case of a used item, this deadline will be determined in the specific case according to the features and condition of the product, but not more than one year.

To whom can you enforce your claim?

You can enforce your claim against the company.

What other conditions are you having to enforce your liability for defects warranty rights?

Within six months from the date of delivery, there is no other condition to enforce your claim beyond the error of delivery if you prove that the product or service was provided by Armin Trade Kft. However, after six months from the date of delivery, you are required to prove that the defect you have detected has already occurred at the time of delivery.

 

Product Warranties

In which case can you live with your product warranty right?

In the event of a defect in the goods (product), you may, at your option, claim the right or claim of product claimed in the previous paragraph.

What rights do you have on your product warranty claim?

As a product warranty claim, you may only request the repair or replacement of the defective product.

In what cases is the product considered to be defective?

The product is defective if it does not meet the quality requirements in force when it is placed on the market or if it does not have the features specified by the manufacturer.

What is your deadline for validating your product claims?

You may validate your product liability claim within two years of the product being placed on the market by the manufacturer. After this deadline, he will lose his entitlement.

To whom and on what other conditions can you claim your product warranty claim?

You may only claim your Product Claims against the manufacturer or distributor of the movable product. You must prove the defect of the product when claiming product liability.

In which case is the manufacturer (distributor) exempted from his product liability obligation?

The manufacturer (distributor) is only exempted from his product liability obligation if he can prove that:

the product has been manufactured or placed on the market for non - business activities, or

- the error was not recognizable at the time of placing the product on the market according to the state of the art and the state of the art

- the product defect stems from the application of a statutory or mandatory regulatory requirement.

The manufacturer (distributor) has sufficient evidence to justify the exemption.

I would like to remind you that due to the same error, you can not enforce the warranty and warranty claims simultaneously and simultaneously. However, in the event of a successful validation of your product warranty claim, you may claim the warranty claim for the replaced product or the part repaired to the manufacturer.


Warranty
In which case do you have the right to ask for warranty?
In the event of a defective delivery, we forward the guarantee provided by the manufacturer to the products, sold in our webshop, and in the absence of such a warranty, we undertake the warranty in accordance with Government Decree 151/2003 (IX.22.) Korm. on certain durable consumer goods. In all cases, warranty information is available on the Product Data Sheet. The warranty period begins when the product is taken over or if commissioning is carried out by our Company or by our agent, starts with the date of commissioning.
You may, according to your choice, live with the following requirements:

The warranty does not affect the rights of the holder arising from the law.
When is the company exempt from the obligation of the warranty?
The Enterprise’s guarantee obligation is exempted only if it proves that the cause of the fault occurred after the delivery.
Please note that due to the same error, you may not claim guarantee and warranty claims, cannot claim product warranty and guarantee claims simultaneously, otherwise, you will be entitled to the rights arising from the warranty regardless of the rights set out in points 1 and 2.

Complaints and handling
If you have not received the ordered product or are dissatisfied with the quality of the goods received, you may disclose your defective complaint, objection, complaint via the following contact details:

We take a record of the consumer's claimed warranty or warranty claim. We will investigate your complaint within 15 days and we will respond in merit. Purchases at the webshop are subject to the same warranty rights as in the store purchase. If we did not deliver the ordered goods, we take the goods back, the purchase price is being paid back to you.
According to the CLV Act of 1997 on Consumer Protection, in the case of consumer disputes, the consumer has the right to make a complaint to the jurisdiction of their compatency. Online dispute resolution platform

The European Commission has set up a web site where consumers can register, thus enabling them to settle their disputes related to online shopping via an application, avoiding court proceedings.
